NYC MARKET MANAGER NEEDED 3-MONTH PROGRAM
A growing, Manhattan-based experiential marketing agency – is looking for an energetic Field Marketing Manager. You will act as a brand evangelist for a leading cell phone provider.
As an integral member of the field team, the Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for coordinating event traffic, maintain short and long term relationships with key event contacts, and motivating and training a team of brand ambassadors. Essential duties include interacting with consumers, building relationships with consumers and retail store owners, and managing the morale of a field team.
Previous experience as a field marketing manager or event manager is preferred. Demonstrated excellence in sales, marketing, consumer relations and all forms of communication as well as willingness to overcome field obstacles are a must.

Program Length: 3-Months (April – July)
Days/Times: 5-Days A Week / Times TBD
Field Marketing Manager: 3-Month Contracted Rate $900-$1000/week
Scope of Role:
This role will incorporate (but is not limited to) the following key responsibilities:
Daily field supervision.
Provide feedback and ideas, while assisting in developing daily/weekly recap reports to the Client Experience Manager
Develop effective and breakthrough local marketing initiatives that help create and increase brand affinity along all channels (customers, in store staff and event attendees) and help drive sales back to retail — you are the face of the brand.
Influential leader who trains and manages a team of brand ambassadors; responsible for all team moral, scheduling, timesheets and invoices.
Connect with local key influencers, securing breakthrough events where the clients’ brand can thrive among attendees, creating future connections and brand affinity.
Maintain relationship with key retail owners
Compile event recaps and reports
Maintain vehicle maintenance logs for multiple vehicles
Train and motivate a team of brand ambassadors
Work closely with the internal team to research and track effectiveness of demo programs and
retail sales initiatives.

Drive traffic to the mobile showroom vehicle
Educate consumers on key selling advantages
